Are you stressed, looking to quieten the mind and destress the body?

People always think of yoga when they think about practicing meditation and good breathing. I teach pilates and breathing practice is a fundamental principle of the practice. I also teach meditation and relaxation in my classes sometimes at the beginning of the class to relax my clients or at the end to finish the session well. Some of my clients say it is the part of the class they like best. 

Meditation is a vital way to purify and quieten the mind thus rejuvenating the body.

Please come and join me for an evening of slow flow pilates (45 minutes) followed by a meditation session (15 minutes).
