Virtual Exercise Classes
I am teaching virtual exercise classes online via the app Zoom. Please download on your device and email me at suzybpilates@yahoo.com to let me know if you wish to join a class & I will email you an invitation via Zoom. There is a link in the email, click on this and it takes you to the class you are booked into. 

Please log in 5-10 minutes before the start of the class so we can start on time. ☺️

 
If you are a beginner to exercise, I would recommend the gentle pilates classes as a start. If you are new to my classes I will need to send you a PARQ health form which I would be grateful if you could complete & return to me before starting an exercise programme. I would also advise you check with your GP that you are able to exercise if you have any medical issues.


COST of classes:

£10.00 per week (payable in advance)
Unlimited classes - you can attend every class available on the schedule.

£3.00 per class to drop in.
Payment is currently through BACS, PLEASE PAY before joining the class.

Friday 29th May
 
Mat Pilates              9.30am            Duration: 60 minutes 
A class to increase your strength, stamina and flexibility as well as work both small and large muscle groups, creating muscle strength & tone. Mat & band.

Saturday 30 May
Saturday stretch & relaxation            10.00am          Duration: 30minutes
A class to lengthen & stretch the muscles in your body, to help increase flexibility & improve strength & release tension. Followed by a guided meditation to relax the mind & body & work on good breathing. Gentle to moderate pace. Equipment: mat, band, blanket.
 
Monday 1 June             
BarreConcept     9.30am            Duration: 45 minutes
A low impact body conditioning class influenced by pilates & ballet moves.
Moderate to advanced pace. You need a sturdy chair, a mat & weights (tins).
 
Gentle Pilates          5.15pm            Duration: 45 minutes
Mat pilates with a focus on easy flowing movements. Gentle pace.
You need a mat& a band.
 
Cardio Blast           6.15pm            Duration: 30 minutes
Prepare to sweat & raise your heart rate. Trainers necessary. Mat & weights.
 
Improvers Pilates 7.00pm     Duration: 45 minutes
A flowing sequence of pilates exercises suitable for those who have practiced pilates before.
Moderate to deliberate pace.
 
 
Tuesday 2 June
Wake up & stretch    8.30am            Duration: 30 minutes
Stretching to ease tight muscles & awaken the body. Mat (a yoga mat is ideal)
 
Pilates All Levels    6.00pm         Duration: 45 minutes
Mat pilates with a focus on easy flowing movements. Gentle to moderate pace.
 
Adore Your Core      7.00pm            Duration: 30 minutes
We will focus on strengthening & toning our core muscles with pilates exercises at a  
moderate to advanced pace.  You need a mat. 
 
Wednesday 3 June
Gentle Pilates        5.30pm           Duration: 45 minutes
Mat pilates with a focus on easy flowing movements. Gentle pace.
You need a mat,band & a pilates ball is useful but not necessary. 
 
HIIT                     6.30pm            Duration: 30 minutes
High intensity interval training, cardio training that helps you burn fat. Please wear trainers.
Mat, weights (sometimes) water.
 
Improvers Pilates   7.15pm           Duration: 45 minutes
A flowing sequence of pilates exercises suitable for those who have practiced pilates before.
Moderate to deliberate pace.
 
Thursday 4 June
