Cardio & Strength Workout

Monday's at 6:30pm

Class Description

Cardio and strength workout is designed to challenge both your strength and cardio. The routine can be performed with high impact or low impact modifications throughout the class. The first 30 minutes of the class consists of hi/lo cardio moves followed by 10 minutes of strength training using hand weights. We complete the workout with a cool down stretch. The capacity for this class is 15 people.
