This 30 minute class is a fusion style cardio strength workout. It combines elements of pilates, barre, dance and cardio moves, with a steady pace which also provides a moderate cardio effect and fun factor.
Equipment required: mat, light hand weights
Trainers are not necessary but I would recommend for this workout.
