Class Description
HIIT is a workout that consists of short bursts of intense exercise that precedes a period or rest. We generally work on a 40 second burst followed by 20 seconds rest. We warm up first with low impact cardio moves. The body of the workout consists of cardio and strength exercises using hand weights for some of the exercises. This section is 30 minutes in length followed by 10 minutes of core work to tone and strengthen your abdominal area. Cool down with stretches completes the sweat session. The perfect workout for burning and reducing body fat and improving cardiovascular and metabolic health. The capacity for this class is 15 people.
