Class Description
Gentle pilates is perfect for anyone wanting a slower pace and an easier level. Gentle pilates is suitable for all fitness levels whether you are a beginner or advanced it will improve your flexibility and strength while protecting your joints. If you have recently had surgery, are recovering from an injury or are a beginner, this is the perfect workout for you. We work on improving posture, balance, strength and agility. The classes also help to improve back pain and other aches and pains! A great class to unwind after work. The capacity for this class is 15 people.
