This 60 minute pilates class is a flowing sequence starting from standing to lying to four point kneeling. We focus on a continuous seamless flow of movements to match the breath. Followed by a 5 minute relaxation session to ease you into that ‘Friday feeling’.
Equipment required: mat, weights, theraband, pilates ball
