Class Description

A pilates class using light weights and/or a theraband to add resistance to your pilates workout.  Equipment required: mat, weights, theraband, pilates ball Access to live Zoom Classes: You will receive an email with your direct Zoom link. Also, you will need to download and create a free zoom account.
