Class Description

This class will vary from week to week but will always be a pilates class with a varied theme. We may focus on back care one week, hips another, it may be a flow class or a relaxing gentle class. Be prepared to mix it up week after week.  Equipment required: mat, weights, theraband, pilates ball Access to live Zoom Classes: You will receive an email with your direct Zoom link. Also, you will need to download and create a free zoom account.
