Class Description

A friendly strength training class designed for women aged 40 and over who want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in everyday life. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, we focus on building strength, improving balance, core stability and supporting bone health in a safe and supportive environment. All fitness levels are welcome, and you’ll train alongside a small, friendly group of like-minded women at your own pace.
